Meeting Cost Calculator was created to help teams and businesses understand the true financial impact of their meetings. We believe that by making meeting costs visible and transparent, organizations can make better decisions about how they spend their time.
After realizing that our daily 15-minute standup was costing $47,000 per year, we knew something had to change. But we couldn't find a simple, free tool to help calculate meeting costs. So we built one.
The result? We moved our standup to an async Slack update, saved thousands of dollars, and everyone was happier. We wanted to share this tool with other teams facing the same challenge.
